Re: Stus-List waterproof iPad covers
Hi I used LifeProof iPad and iPhone cases all last summer full time cruising Lake Huron. I have a cradle on a ram mount for the phone. I am now buying a cradle and ram mount for the iPad The white colour case stays much cooler in the sun. The Fre has a built in screen protector and works well. I have a Nuud on the phone which I prefer for weight and feel. Re: Stus-List waterproof iPad covers
My IPad is in an Otter Box. That worked well for about two years, but the seams are starting to leak in even the splash from a moderate chop. I'm going to need to get another, or some other sort of enclosure soon. Not really looking forward to spending another $100. If I had it to do over, I would buy a waterproof Galaxy tablet, which is also impact resistant if dropped, and about 2/3rds the cost of the IPad. But the IPad was originally a gift, so I guess I shouldn't complain. Really looking forward to the contest between Comanche and Rambler. Start Sunday afternoon. The classic schooner out in front, Mariette of 1915 is gorgeous. What a ride that has to be. Dennis C.
