Hi Bill
12V DC TVs are sometimes stocked in the Trucker Fuel Stops. Also Walmart  had 
one with an adapter 120Vac to 12 DC. Figure the polarity and cut off the 
adapter .Wire up to the boat with a fuse & good to go. Many options on  sending 
video to the new TV/Monitor.

"Has any CC Landfall 38 owners installed an Edson tiller arm for linear 
autopilot drive application?  We are trying to install a B RAM1 Linear drive 
unit and don't have enough exposed rudder shaft to attached an independent 
Edson bronze tiller arm for linear drive connection.  We also interested if 
anyone has used the quadrant to attach the quick release pin.  Its not 
recommended by Edson but figured someone would disregard the warning just to 
have a below deck autopilot"

How about a Gen Set? 

Full enclosure for the cockpit?

Davits?



If you do have any of the above or have thoughts on them, can you please share. 
Also include brand , (AC or DC for water maker). Can you also share pictures of 
where on boat its located.

Thanks. I agree, my thinking is that it will be towed while under sail. Its an 
Acorn Tender and they tow very well.

Any owners of 38 Landfall or any other C, keep/store their tender on the 
foredeck. I am thinking of having Chocks made that at minimum, I can keep a 
rowing wood tender thats 10 ft long on the foredeck. Not sure about while under 
sail. Thoughts?

Hello everyone

I am about to begin a complete refit on what is the best boat  for my purpose ( 
sailing around Cape Code as we get ready to do the Caribbean 1500 in 2019), 
after looking or sailing at least 100 boat over the past 4 years. The boat is 
in better than average condition, I will post pictures later.

I have the work broken down into three categories, and would appreciate any
