Re: Stus-List parts
You must have bought that display from Bitsho in Houston on EBay? I was a little leery of that unit, I have the impression he buys salvaged boats – But I think it was still displaying, IIRC,. Couldn’t you just buy an appropriately sized piece of Gorilla Glass for a smart phone screen on EBay? Re: Stus-List parts for a Galley Maid alcohol stove
Alex I have a 5 lb propane tank under each helm seat. These tanks are in aluminum buckets so to speak with bottom drains connected by hosing to thruhulls about a foot above the water line. The covers were made to fit snug but are easily removed to access the tanks...I always turn the gas off at the tank when we are finished with the stove and should any leak develop in the storage compartments the overboard drains let the propane escape down through the thruhulls Dwight Veinot C&C 35 MKII, Alianna Head of St. Margaret's Bay, NS -Original Message- From: cnc-list-boun...@cnc-list.com [mailto:cnc-list-boun...@cnc-list.com] On Behalf Of Alex Giannelia Sent: September 16, 2012 9:34 PM To: cnc-list@cnc-list.com Subject: Stus-List parts for a Galley Maid alcohol stove In addition to Packstoves, I found a UK outfit that shipped me parts for the complete refurbishment of my Shipmate alcohol stove. Somewhere I think I still have them, as I will migrate to a high tech diesel catalytic stove. Let me know if you're interested. Also, Dennis C.
