Are you talking about man-made holes (like for hose connection) or accidental ones? The fresh water tanks on my C&C 39 TM (# 69) are built into the hull with aluminum tops. Maybe your outlet and/or outlet hose connection is leaking? My tanks are built into the hull on my 39. Do you have another tank besides the ones under the settes?
