[cobirds] Northern Waterthrush -- Pueblo 8/22 & 8/23

2014-08-23 Thread Brandon

Hi all,

Yesterday (8/22), I saw a Northern Waterthrush along the Arkansas River, below
Pueblo Reservoir dam, close to the Fish Hatchery Ponds.

This morning (8/23), along with the Arkansas Valley Audubon trip, led by Clif
Smith, we saw a another or the same Northern Waterthrush, it was on the north
side of the river, where the footbridge crosses the river, from Snakeskin
Picnic Area to the Rock Canyon Swim Beach Pond, this is also below Pueblo
Reservoir dam, by the Arkansas River.

Who knows if the one I saw yesterday, was the same one today.  Northern
Waterthrush seem to regularly come through during mid to late August around
here.
