Well the weather changed a bit but our capture rates remained the same
(fairly low!). We did have some nice variety, including a Gray Flycatcher,
a few Green-tailed Towhees and a lovely Townsend's Warbler. 25 newly banded
birds of 9 species; here are the daily totals:

House Wren - 2
Wilson's Warbler - 13
Orange-crowned Warbler - 1
Townsend's Warbler - 1
Gray Flycatcher - 1
Gray Catbird - 2
Lincoln's Sparrow - 1
Chipping Sparrow - 2
Green-tailed Towhee - 2

We are open 6 days a week, weather permitting through October 23. Closed
Mondays.  Click here
<https://birdconservancy.doubleknot.com/event/calendar/4525> to register to
visit - we are offering one-hour slots (up to 12 visitors at a time);
7:30-8:30 most weekdays, and 8-9, 9-10, and 10-11 on weekends. Come visit!
