Hi All,

Below is my cousin's report of a BROAD-WINGED HAWK that he and his mom saw
in the suburbs of Aurora, southeast of Havana and 6th Ave.

This morning (April 28, 2009) my mom and I were leaving for work and school
at about 6:30 AM when I saw a light-morph Broad-winged Hawk fly overhead
being mobbed by 4 or 5 Common Grackles. I ran back into the house to get the
camera. We drove a couple of houses down and parked across the street from
the hawk to take some photos. A few minutes later it took flight, again
being mobbed by the grackles.
