[cobirds] Cranes Windsor Reservoir
There was a large fly out this morning at 7AM of about 300 cranes. We saw (heard) them flyin last night about 7:30 PM in the dark. We could not find them this morning but could hear them and finally Ray saw them fly at 7AM. [cobirds] Cranes. Windsor Reservoir
We have cranes on the ground for the third night. Thursday we had 65 spend the night and leave about 8:30 am. Friday was our big night with cranes arriving at 4 pm and not leaving until 10am today. Today we had almost given up when a large flight landed and is now settled for the night. I think there are over 200 in this one. In six years living here this is the first time we have been sure they stayed all night.
