Hi,

I wish I had more time to go birding today but while walking across campus
a little before 2pm I heard a familiar "chip" call.  I had my binocs with
me and after a search of a minute I saw an Eastern Phoebe perched in some
sort of legume tree with yellow compound leaves.  Brown above, whitish
below, no eye ring, tail wagging, no wing bars, dark bill.  I had to leave
for class so I couldn't linger.

The location is the behind the sw. corner of the Shepardson building on the
east side of campus.
