Hi all, I walked around Rock Canyon, below Pueblo Reservoir dam late this afternoon and early this evening fro, 430-630pm. The highlight was a molting male SUMMER TANAGER. It was south east of the large fishing pond in Rock Canyon, between the pond and the river. Other highlights were a singing Yellow-breasted Chat and a singing Cassin's Kingbird. Both species breed at this location in small numbers. There were lots of Yellow-rumped Warblers everywhere in Rock Canyon, that I went, some of singing. The only other warbler I could pick out was an Orange-crowned Warbler. Good birding,
