Action Menu

The HIGs says 

To create an Action menu in Interface Builder use the control that’s 
appropriate for the window area. Then, in the Attributes pane of the inspector, 
specify NSActionTemplate for the image.


What would one choose as the control if it is to be in an NSToolbar ?

I want the gear with a downward pointing V.

 I think Finder just uses an NSPopUpButton embedded as a custom view in the 
toolbar, maybe you have to pick a particular border style.
