Re: Joining App Developer Program

2010-11-02 Thread Remco Poelstra

Hi,

I just enrolled into the iOS program and the "we are trying to contact
the legal representative" took two weeks. The lady on the phone said
there was a large queue causing the delay.

Well, it is off-topic, but I'll bite.

I haven't done the Mac program, but with regard to the presumably
similar iOS program, registration, address changes, etc. have always
been done within a week or so. (Are you your company's legal
representative? If not, perhaps he/she has been receiving correspondence?)

Apple has always been very good responding to my inquiries sent to
devprogr...@apple.com, it just usually takes a few days. I have also
spoken with them on the phone a couple times to get fairly complex
issues resolved (http://developer.apple.com/contact/phone.html).

Perhaps one of the good folks from developer relations that is on the
list can help you further as well.
