Maybe start up that generated app in gdb with a breakpoint set on NSLog? When it breaks you could look at the backtrace. That may at least tell you where the message is being generated, which may then tell you why. I'm guessing it's printed by some plugin or haxie or something. Perhaps it's a web browser extension or add-on that is confused by changes in Safari 4. Compare the installed software on your machine and the reproducible case you found. You can use `info shared` in gdb or the Xcode debugger console to print the libraries loaded in the process; if this is the fault of a plugin then you'll see it on their machine but not yours.
