app window that doesn't deactive the current app

2010-03-16 Thread Martin Batholdy

I would like to have a window that pops up via a shortcut.
This window should be in background and the active app shouldn't get inactive.

How is that possible?

I have seen that in the Clips app (http://conceitedsoftware.com/products/clips
).

thanks!___
