Re: FP and Cocoon2

2002-08-19 Thread Dwayne Kemp

Thanks.

Well I have a fully functioning site using tomcat 3.X and cocoon
1.x and the fp logicsheet to edit multiple xml files via the web. My only
issue with this setup is a caching problem, I believe, that occurs? I can edit an xml
file but after many edits when the xml is transformed into html it
will not update. My only solution is to change the name of the file.

FP and Cocoon2

2002-08-16 Thread Dwayne Kemp

Im using Cocoon 2.0.3 with Tomcat 4.0.1.
I have this code in my file...

Cocoon processes this but will not add to the external-item
neither will the redirect work.

Ive looked in the log files and see no errors.

cocoon 1 issue

2002-01-14 Thread Dwayne Kemp

I am using cocoon 1 and it seems at a certain point in time after editing
an xml file a number of times, the file gets edited but it does not change
when loaded in the browser.

I know there were some caching issues with cocoon one but where there any
solutions to this problem with out having to go to cocoon 2?

Re: xsp without stylesheet?

2001-12-19 Thread Dwayne Kemp

1. I have a login page which posts to my xsp page.
2. In the xsp page i reference a class which references
Some DB and initializes my object.
3. If valid i place the object in the session.
4. If invalid no session is given
5. Then i redirect to the approprite page.

In my old cocoon 1 and tomcat 3 set up this worked fine but
i am new to cocoon2.
