Re: [CODE4LIB] c4l Stickers
Coincidentally, I just purchased 1000 bumper stickers over @ psprint.com for a personal project and thought I'd mention they're running a 60% off promotion 'til July 15th. That discount got the price down to about $0.30 per sticker which is the cheapest I've found anywhere online. Also, not sure if you've looked at Zazzle.com but they do print-on-demand which might be easier to coordinate. —Chris On Tue, Jul 8, 2014 at 9:08 AM, Riley Childs rchi...@cucawarriors.com wrote: The code4lib logo The stickers range in size and shape, you can view designs here http://www.stickermule.com/t/categories/custom-stickers, initially 3.5x7.5 bumper stickers and kiss-cut stickers. Re: [CODE4LIB] Do you ever write code? I want to interview you!
Hi Andromeda, I'm just going to throw this idea out there but I think it would be really cool if in the process of writing this you could convince each contributor to corral their small self-made apps/scripts into a single BitTorrent Sync folder :) My dream is to one day do the same for MarcEdit task automation but your project sounds like an even better use! I saw a project at the Hacking Journalism hackathon @ MIT recently that would get the job done: http://hackingjournalism.challengepost.com/submissions/24271-inline They were thinking more along the lines of a crowdsource solution for science news but I'm sure it could adapted to fit your needs! —Chris On Fri, Jun 20, 2014 at 2:28 PM, Eric Lease Morgan emor...@nd.edu wrote: Do you know of a Web-based tool or piece of desktop software that would let a professor post a text in a frame, then highlight words or phrases and link them to a glossary? Speaking of the code4lib t-shirt: I did not make it to the conference this year but if someone could send me a photo (or group photo!) of them wearing the design I made that would be awesome :) Doesn't have to be with a fancy camera or anything, just a quick pic to go on my website. Thanks! --Chris On Sat, Mar 22, 2014 at 11:18 PM, Matthew Sherman matt.r.sher...@gmail.comwrote: The code4lib conference shirt is always at the height of fashion in any occasion.
