Congratulations to the Philadelphia hosts! I look forward to another 
inspiring gathering of the community, although I'd better to start 
shopping for close-out winter wear.


While I'm disappointed that the Los Angeles proposal didn't get more 
votes, I'm happy with our growing SoCal community. Here's a shout out to 
the crew who put together and supported our proposal for 2016: Christina 
Salazar, Cary Gordon, and especially Josh Gomez!
