  Recommended update for python-dbus-python
This update for python-dbus-python fixes the following issues:

- Update to latest version from tumbleweed. (jsc#ECO-3589, bsc#1183818)

- update to 1.2.16:
  * All tests are run even if the 'tap.py' module is not available, althoug
diagnostics for failing tests will be better if it is present.

- Support builds with more than one python3 flavor
- Clean duplicate python flavor variables for configure

- Version update to version 1.2.14:
  * Ensure that the numeric types from dbus.types get the same str() under
Python 3.8 that they did under previous versions.
  * Disable -Winline.
  * Add clearer license information using SPDX-License-Identifier.
  * Include inherited methods and properties when documenting objects, which
regressed when migrating from epydoc to sphinx.
  * Add missing variant_level member to UnixFd type, for parity with the other
dbus.types types
  * Don't reply to method calls if they have the NO_REPLY_EXPECTED flag
  * Silence '-Wcast-function-type' with gcc 8.
  * Fix distcheck with python3.7 by deleting '__pycache__' during uninstall.
  * Consistently save and restore the exception indicator when called from C
code.

- Add missing dependency for pkg-config files

- Version update to version 1.2.8:
  * Python 2.7 required or 3.4 respectively
  * Upstream dropped epydoc completely

- Add dbus-1-python3 package
- Make BusConnection.list_activatable_names actually call struct entries than
the signature allows with libdbus 1.4 imports dbus, is finalized, is
re-initialized, and re-imports - When removing signal matches, clean up
internal state, avoiding a memory leak in long-lived Python processes that
connect to
- When setting the sender of a message, allow it to be org.freedesktop.DBus so
you can implement a D-Bus daemon
- New package: dbus-1-python-devel

This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-15:Update update
project.

+- Update to version 5.3.0

+- Release 5.0.0
+ * Updated/Changed:
+Items in this section may be considered backwards-incompatible
+changes for the purposes of Semantic Versioning but we expect
+the vast majority of users to be able to upgrade to version
+5.0 without encountering any issues.
+ * Dropped support for Python older than 3.6 #3160
+ * Updated Plotly.js to from version 1.58.4 to version 2.1.0. See
+the plotly.js CHANGELOG for more information. These changes
+are reflected in the auto-generated plotly.graph_objects
+module. Notable changes include:
+ * dropped support for IE9 and IE10
+ * dropped support for long-deprecated graph_objects like area
+traces and scatter.(t|r) and layout.(radial|angular)axis
+attributes
+ * modebar no longer has hovermode or spikeline buttons by
+default (can be added back with fig.update_layout(modebar_add=
+["v1hovermode", "toggleSpikeLines"]))
+ * "Aa" text no longer appears on legend items unless mode="text"
+ * In bar traces, textposition now defaults to "auto"
+ * Font size for legend and colorbar titles now matches axis
+title font size (slightly bigger)
+ * deprecated heatmapgl, pointcloud traces as well as all
+transform attributes
+ * Combined plotlywidget into jupyterlab-plotly and packaged them
+as a federated extension #3142 with massive thanks to
+@fcollonval for the contribution
+ * In addition to this change, large Plotly.js bundles are now
+lazily loaded on-demand by JupyterLab
+ * Plotly.js CDN url will now be versioned by default for HTML
+exports using include_plotlyjs='cdn' and for "connected"
+renderers. #2961 with thanks to @adehad for the contribution
+ * Recommending Kaleido by default over Orca #3094
+ * Replaced retrying dependency with tenacity #2911 with thanks
+to @jmsmdy for the contribution
+ * Plotly Express now always takes into account every value in c
+category_orders when computing discrete mappings (color,
+symbol, line-dash, pattern-shapes) as well as facets, even
+those values which are absent in the data #3247
+- Fix rpmlint errors: touch __init__.py mtime before deduplicating
+ the compile cache files
+- Enable tests:
+ * core test suite for all flavores
+ * optional requirements test suite for all except python36 flavor
+-- many optional requirements are not available

+- Update to 6.0.1
+ * This bugfix release fixes the issue where Extension

+recommend all users of Envisage to upgrade to this bugfix
+version.
+- Release 6.0.0
+ * This major release focuses on speeding up Envisage

+unused functionality in the package. Specifically, we
+removed the @contributes_to decorator and the code
+needed to handle methods decorated with the above
+decorator.
+ * Additionally, with this release, parts of Envisage
+start using the new Traits observation framework instead
+of the old Traits on_trait_change. So, Envisage now
+depends on Traits version >= 6.2.

+cloud-netconfig
+cloud-netconfig is a collection of scripts for
automatically configuring
+network interfaces in cloud frameworks. Currently supported are Amazon EC2,
+Microsoft Azure, and Google Compute Engine. It requires netconfig (package
+sysconfig-netconfig on openSUSE and SUSE Linux Enterprise
distributions).
+Installation
+If you are installing from source, run as root make
install-ec2, make
+install-azure, or make install-gce depending on your
platform. Then reload
+the udev rules by running udevadm control -R. Afterwards add
+cloud-netconfig to the variable
NETCONFIG__MODULES__ORDER in
+/etc/sysconfig/network/config and restart networking
(systemctl restart
+wicked.serice on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server or openSUSE
distributions). On
+EC2 and Azure you may want to enable the systemd timer too (see below for
+details on its purpose). To do that, run systemctl enable --now
+cloud-netconfig.timer.
+Mode of Operation
+cloud-netconfig handles three different tasks:
+
+Set up unconfigured interfaces
+
+For any network interface that does not have an associated configuration
file
+in /etc/sysconfig/network, a DHCP based configuration will be
generated and
+ifup will be called, which triggers interface configuration
through wicked.
+
+Apply secondary IPv4 addresses
+
+For all interfaces managed by cloud-netconfig, it will
look up secondary
+IPv4 addresses from the framework's metadta server and configure them on the
+interface. This does not apply to Google Compute Engine, as secondary IPv4
+addresses are not assigned directly through the framework.
+
+Create routing policies
+
+In case the system has more than one network interface,
cloud-netconfig
+sets up routing in a way that packets are routed through the interface
+associated with the source address of the packet. To do that, it creates a
+separate routing table for each interface with a default route according to the
+interface configration. It also creates a routing policy to use that table for
+packets using any of the interface's source addresses. This ensures that
+packets are routed via the correct interface.
+Note: DHCP servers of cloud frameworks (this applies to Microsoft Azure at
the
+time of writing) may not include a gateway address in DHCP leases for secondary
+IPv4 addresses. This is presumably to avoid default routes to clash. To enable
+full connectivity in this case, cloud-netconfig assumes the
gateway host to
+be the first host of the sub-network assigned to the interface.
+Interface configurations will be checked periodically on each DHCP lease
+renewal and addi
