I think some of those above qualify as "misc" (when they do not relate
to airflow but add some explanation/clarifications/remove friction), on the
other hand I think the "run mini-scheduler is a bugfix as it closes a bug when
tasks were randomly killed by lack of heartbeat.
I'd qualify those as `misc`:
- Adds more explanatory message when SecretsMasker is not configured (#17101)
- Better diagnostics and self-healing of docker-compose (#17484)
- Improve diagnostics message when users have secret_key misconfigured
(#17410)
