[I] Master Kubernetes configuration [camel-quarkus]
squakez opened a new issue, #5739: URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/5739 ### Describe the feature here While working on master feature, I realized all configuration is fixed at build time [1]. However, most of the configuration are tipically runtimes properties, so I wonder if we can move them to runtime instead. Not sure if for any reason `quarkus.camel.cluster.kubernetes.enabled` must be build time, but, if not, it would be ideal to have it runtime as well.
