Hi [~jjirsa], I am glad to review your patch . For this patch , I just throttle
the delete of the snapshot . I think your patch for snapshot (make snapshot
/clearsnapshot) are more comprehensive.

started working on it. I have a patch I wrote independently from
CASSANDRA-13019 - are you interested in reviewing that for me? Alternatively,
if you have this done, I'm happy to review your patch instead?

for me , i think if we add a parameter with slowrm which means do delet file
opertion per second which default set to 1. if it is ok ?
