Resolution: Fixed
stmt.hasConditions() check in ModificationStatement.Parsed.prepare() was always
returning false, since stmt.ifNotExists and stmt.columnConditions were always
false/null at that point. Fixed in 793d58a197eded203a7bae5ec49c60d347eb2d14.
