   The conf `--conf 
'spark.sql.extensions=org.apache.spark.sql.hudi.HoodieSparkSessionExtension` is 
missed in [Spark Guide](https://hudi.apache.org/docs/quick-start-guide) for 
scala and python

   @parisni would you please add the conf `--conf 
'spark.sql.extensions=org.apache.spark.sql.hudi.HoodieSparkSessionExtension'` 
as well? this would solve your problem.
