Yes, this needs to be fixed in the next release, too late for Apache NetBeans
11. The next release should be around 3 months from now, if we go for a 4
release per year approach, or we can fix via an update to a plugin etc.

[jira] [Created] (NETBEANS-2323) Repeated OutOfMemoryError exceptions

2019-03-29 Thread LF (JIRA)
LF created NETBEANS-2323:

 Summary: Repeated OutOfMemoryError exceptions
 Key: NETBEANS-2323
 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-2323
 Project: NetBeans
  Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 10.0
Environment: Using open jdk 11 mostly (and I think that's what
netbeans has as its setting) but a few settings may be referring to jdk 1.8.
Windows 10 machine.
Reporter: LF
 Attachments: ide log.txt

Usually while running Tomcat with a project with possible memory leaks (but not
to this extent). Several out of memory errors. IDE freezes up and logs
exceptions. It asked me nicely to enter a bug here so here we are. Copied over
the information in the dialog box fields.

IDE log attached.

Downloading the index works when the truststore parameter is also specified in
netbeans_default_options (in netbeans.conf), for example
{{-J-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=C:/Users/example/exmaple.jks}}
Unfortunately there is no obvious error message indicating a TLS error when the
handshake fails except in the messages.log.

[jira] [Created] (NETBEANS-2321) Support for docker-compose

2019-03-29 Thread Christian Lenz (JIRA)
Christian Lenz created NETBEANS-2321:

 Summary: Support for docker-compose
 Key: NETBEANS-2321
 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-2321
 Project: NetBeans
  Issue Type: New Feature
  Components: docker - Infrastructure
Affects Versions: Next
Reporter: Christian Lenz

It would be nice, if NetBeans can handle Docker Compose. The commandline is
docker-compose and it searches for a docker-compose.yml file which will run the
container with the given config. This is not possible in NetBeans, yet.

The command, that I run inside my folder from the command line is:
*docker-compose up -d --force-recreate --build --renew-anon-volumes*

Atm I need to run that from my command line. It would be nice to have an action
inside NetBeans for that.
