Not a bug, expected behaviour as per the below code :

The "Run focused method" is enabled if the below code  return true. If the 
source folder is deleted, sourceRoots.length not greater than 0, and it returns 
false.

Yes. The source folder is standard for gradle usage. So "src"  contains "main" 
and "test" directories. Each directory contains "java" and "resource" 
directories.

Seems to be an interesting edge case, I look at this one, I hope it could get 
into 11.3 beta 2 if we are lucky. BTW does the test sourceset has test in its 
name? The current implementation looks for that one.
