does the exception only happen when NB is trying to index icu4j-2.6.1.jar?
I looked at the latest jvm spec and there is no such thing as a constant with
the tag 60.

does is still happen with NetBeans 12.5?

it crashed again, this time I had to remove the Roaming/Netbeans/12.4 to make
it work again

After several tries, between removing Maven's and NB cache, removing the folder
_var/filehistory_ it started up again
