It is not stable reproduce-able and the error is in the KMS package I suspect.

Yeah I have not really seen this before.
I tried to run the same scenario again, but this time the heartbeat seems to
continue and not stop.
Looks like this is an issue in JsonRpcClient which is a Kurento Package.
