I'm sure the French-Canadians wouldn't mind if its just AM/PM format. OK,
This issue caused by the fact the date/time format looks like {{yy-MM-dd HH 'h'
mm}} for {{fr-CA}}
This {{'h'}} is replaced with value for current hour in JS
I'll try to investigate what can be done here
