I modified the navigation.xml so that we have now two links to Javadocs: One to
the latest version in SVN and one to the 1.0 release.

I manually copied the 1.0 apidoc on the server. I'd like to know if there is a
better way to achieve this.

Roger is right, we should keep a copy of the released APIs on the website just
like the other commons components. Something like:

http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/configuration/apidocs-RELEASE_TAG/

and for the current developpement tree:

http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/configuration/apidocs/

If Maven could generate this automatically that would be great :)
