have you accepted the certificate permanently from the command line? I found I had a cygwin and windows version of svn installed and had to accept the cert using the windows version. SVN checkout problem with Eclipse
Folks, while checkout from the command line does work fine, with Subclipse it does not work for me as it claims the certificate is not valid. I have the latest Subclipse version installed.
