I had hoped to already have the servlet-filters directory setup already.
But a work related project has ended up consuming a great deal of my time
the last week.
I will try to get servlet-fitlers setup in the next 3-4 days.
I'll setup the servlet-filters build so that it has sub filter
areas, and filters can be bundled in a sub filter area. That
gives us the most flexibility for organizing the filters.

have a 'generic' package where all the single-class filters go. There would
also be some standard support classes (like wrappers) that would go in there
as well.
