Re: list subscription question
I realize that, but I wish there was a gmail option for excluding it from all mail, I guess... thanks yochai On Fri, Jul 25, 2008 at 4:03 PM, Dustin Knie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > That's because All Mail is just that... Actually I did do that --- but it still show's up in All Mail. thanks! yochai On Fri, Jul 25, 2008 at 1:26 PM, Torfinn Ingolfsen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hello, > > On Fri, Jul 25, 2008 at 8:23 PM, Yochai Gal <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > I check the list every day, but so many come in my inbox everyday that > it's > > hard to sort through my mail. > > I've set up some gmail filters, of course, but it still shows up in all > > mail. list subscription question
Is there a way to subscribe to this list, but only receiving mail if it's in response to questions posted? I check the list every day, but so many come in my inbox everyday that it's hard to sort through my mail. I've set up some gmail filters, of course, but it still shows up in all mail. I do read the forums daily but I don't like it getting mixed up with my regular mail. Thanks for whatever response you might have. yochai ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
Re: AT&T SIM Card Doesn't Work, says "registering"
Just an update: went down to the local AT&T store, they swapped me a new SIM, it makes and receives call, there's an echo on speakerphone, and it won't read my contacts off my sim. yochai On Sat, Jul 12, 2008 at 12:00 AM, Yochai Gal <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi all. got my phone today. > Unfortunately, my AT&T SIM card (an old singular 64k --- listed on the wiki > as not compatible with the neo1973) doesn't work, it hangs on registering. > I've tried older and newer SIMs from both AT&T and T-Mobile and they seem > to all work. > Any ideas? Newest stock build doesn't read SIM contacts
Hi all I just uploaded this build: Openmoko-openmoko-devel-image-glibc-ipk-P1-Snapshot-20080718-om-gta02.rootfs.jffs2 to rootfs. My contacts are all stored on my SIM and have been read on the qtopia and ASU image but they are not read in the stock build at all.. Why? I don't want to save them on the phone, so exporting and importing is not an option. Any ideas? Thanks, and keep up the good work. yochai ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
Re: Can you help the Openmoko booth at Linuxworld, August 4-7, in San Francisco?
I can volunteer. I live a few BART stops away. I can help on one of the days... Not positive which, yet. yochai On Thu, Jul 17, 2008 at 2:44 PM, Jeffrey Malone <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I can volunteer myself. > > I live just a bus ride away from Moscone and have a depressingly open > schedule. > > Jeffrey Malone > > > On Thu, Jul 17, 2008 at 2:12 PM, Adilson Oliveira < > [EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > >> Michael Shiloh escreveu: >> > Openmoko will be at Linuxworld, and needs to staff two booths: One in >> > the main vendor area, and another in the Linux Garage. >> > >> > As we are a small understaffed team, we would love it if some of you >> > could commit to helping us. >> > >> >> Well, I'll be there too but I'll be working on the Canonical booth so I >> probably won't be able to give it a hand but for sure I'll try to come >> by for some time at least. >> >> []s >> >> Adilson. >> >> ___ >> Openmoko community mailing list >> community@lists.openmoko.org >> http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community >> > > > ___ > Openmoko community mailing list > community@lists.openmoko.org > http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community > > ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
Qtopia Speakerphone
Hi all, the qtopia image makes the FreeRunner almost a usable phone, but I have a problem. I was able to get the audio to work by creating the symlink below, but the speakerphone still doesn't work --- it emits a loud beep sound instead. Any ideas? Thanks so much. lln -s /usr/share/openmoko/scenarios /etc/alsa yochai ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
