If you are booting from Qi, you need a version from yesterday or later
to get audio working.

http://people.openmoko.org/andy has binaries for Qi and stable-tracking
kernels.

I have no anounced the last update cause of this annoying bug 
on 20080927  release I have included this fix

Flashed the latest copy of FDOM today and I'm having this [1] problem 
again. Anyone else experiencing problems or just me? Fix for me was 
uninstalling speech-dispatcher and rebooting.
