The software is changing heavily so there would have been no point in
including it in the package. All the software you need have to be
downloaded from the internet.
There is no power adaptor. The phone charge from the USB cable.

The first operation needed to have the phone start is to flash its software.

Also, avoid having the Neo connected with the usb cable without the
battery inserted.
