Well, there's probably no single provider using more than 1 (maybe 2) band.
The allowed bands depend on national regulations, usually 900/1800 or 
850/1900. 
So switching provider is what 3-band is made for. 
If you try to find a reality example for your scenario, it probably will 
include a move out of your country. That's why the different versions are 
called US(850) and Standard(900) sometimes.
