I haven't either, starting to wonder if it will ever arrive (I'm used to one business day typically before I receive my order confirmations). As the advanced unit was only depicted in black/silver I did't write any note regarding the colour of the unit. As this has changed I tried to write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (with the [rt.internal.openmoko.org #18xx] included in the subject), telling them that I liked the black/silver combination. (And querying about the status of the order confirmation) This only gave me an e-mail with the subject "Could not load a valid user" And the message: RT could not load a valid user, and RT's configuration does not allow for the creation of a new user for your email. Have tried to write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] without the request tracker code, no error nor reply... I hope my order isn't lost inside there system somehow as I want the unit quite badly . ___ OpenMoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community

I'm in exactly the same boat, I didn't specify that I want black/silver, but when I try to write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the rt.internal... string in I get the same error/ Justyn On 12/07/07, Visti Andresen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: As the advanced unit was only depicted in black/silver I did't write any note regarding the colour of the unit. Hi I ordered a Neo fairly fast, RT (confirmation) number ~2200 - I received a reply email but it was BLANK (the RT number is in the subject) If someone from FIC is reading, please can you check that my order has been received and send me a full confirmation (I replied to [EMAIL PROTECTED] yesterday but havent had a reply yet) Thanks John Cass ___ OpenMoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
order confirmation numbers
I think I submitted my order in the first 4 minutes that the site was online. I was hoping that I would be able to get in on that first 1000 phones they had waiting to ship and that I wouldn't have to wait for another run. However, my order number was 1856. That might imply that I was order number 1856, or it might imply that I was not, if they didn't start the order numbers at 1 or they didn't count up by 1. 2 questions for the list. 1) What was everyone's order number? 2) Has anyone received the SECOND email that the first email promised? My confirmation email states "Please keep in mind that this message does not imply that we accept your order, but thats we have received it. You will receive another message as order confirmation after our staff has accepted it." So has anyone gotten that "order accepted" email?
