[Compiz] [Bug 964270] Re: Ubuntu forgets keyboard shortcuts after a restart
According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/1063617 this was fixed 14.04. Any chance of getting the fix in 12.04? This is incredibly annoying. I applied updates today and now my shortcuts are gone. I had one for the terminal that was alt+` (I prefer alt-esc, but that's another problem). My shortcut doesn't work, and there's a new one with ctrl-alt-t. If I delete both and add mine back, it works for a few minutes. But then it stops working and when I check the ctrl-alt-t one is back. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of compiz packagers, which is subscribed to compiz in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/964270 Title: Ubuntu forgets keyboard shortcuts after a restart To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/964270/+subscriptions ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~compiz Post to : compiz@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~compiz More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp

[Compiz] [Bug 1335125] [NEW] Wrong number of ticks by application icon in launcher
Public bug reported: Since upgrade to 14.04 I've noticed that the number of ticks/markers that indicates the number of windows a the side of an application's icon is often incorrect. This seems to apply to Gnome Terminal, Firefox and Thunderbird and more. Reproduction #1: Open a terminal. Right click the launcher icon and choose "New terminal". Observe there's only one ticks. Left click the launcher icon to expose both terminals. Observe the number of ticks is corrected. Choose either, it doesn't matter. Close one of the terminals. Observe there's still two ticks. The number of ticks doesn't seem to refresh until something happens in the launcher - either you click on something in the launcher, but the ticks seems to correct themselves at other times that I can't quite put my finger on. This is extremely distracting and interrupts work all the time checking to see what's left open to find that there's nothing there.
