[Compiz] [Bug 833130] [NEW] window sizes not correcly calculated
Public bug reported: If I open a window (tested with roxterm, terminator, and gnome- terminal), the newly-created window is positioned wrong -- the top of the window is under the unity-panel overlay. As a result, sometimes the first line(s) of the new window are hidden under the unity-panel, or the window controls are hidden (or a mix of both). I am attaching screenshots. [Compiz] [Bug 799763] Re: Expo Plugin - expo_edge setting not retained in Ubuntu 11.04
Confirming, setting to Medium (will have to check upstream before setting to Triaged). This is either a Doc issue, or a real bug. If the Compiz plugins are dependent on the order they are specified -- which is suggested by gconf-editor showing an ordered list for edit --, then this has to be documented, and the pecking order established. If a real bug, then it obviously has to be fixed. ** Changed in: compiz (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = Medium ** Changed in: compiz (Ubuntu) Status: New = Confirmed ** Tags added: oneiric -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of compiz packagers, which is subscribed to compiz in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/799763 Title: Expo Plugin - expo_edge setting not retained in Ubuntu 11.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/799763/+subscriptions ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~compiz Post to : compiz@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~compiz More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
