[Computer-go] EGC2015 Computer Go Tournament: Reminder
Hi! We have extended the registration deadline to July 20 - you still have a chance to participate! (http://pasky.or.cz/iggsc2015/compgo_spec.html) We'd also like to ask for some feedback - what would make the tournament more attractive for you to attend? We offer prize money, some reasonably nice hardware, the games will be played on KGS and we can arrange on-site operators for a limited number of developers who cannot attend in person. Unfortunately, only single (1) participant has registered so far... [Computer-go] Results 19x19 Computer Olympiad
Hello, the Go competitions in the Computer Olympiad 2015 are over. In the 19x19 competition seven bots started. Winner became favorite Zen, ahead of Nomitan and Abakus. http://www.grappa.univ-lille3.fr/icga/tournament.php?id=290 Abakus and Nomitan each had 5 out of 7. Abakus won the playoff. So the distribution of medals is: Gold for Zen Silver for Abakus Bronze for Nomitan. Congratulations to the medal winners and all participants.
