This certainly looks to be a smarter approach than scanning for  
signatures. I also like the idea that the level of surveillance can go  
up and down with the current level of perceived threat. On the other  
hand I can see these "ants" being used to do things that are not so  
beneficial, like spotting emails that contain words like "democracy"  
or "freedom."
