Phil, did you miss this patch?

 With that fix in place, I tried a config update under XP. The first
 time, the verify failed, but the second time it worked fine. Perhaps
 that's the same kind of timing issue as under Linux. I also tried all
 the other supported actions on the 700.

Nope, but I rolled the release before you sent the patch to me.

I'll get to that this weekend and roll a 0.23 while I'm at it.
