I wrote a couple scripts to generate the udev and policykit rules for 
Fedora that I'm not sure if I ever submitted (sorry :( ).

sudo work, ar this in not save ;) )

Anyway, you're file is not including all of the productIds, it's only
including 1. Instead of including:

046d/c111

You need to include

046d/c110
046d/c111
...
046d/c14f

and

0400/c359
