FYI, you can use dh-make-perl to build the basic package...

Indeed, the perl bindings are still out -- sorry. I just didn't have
time to focus so much on them before, but will very soon. I guess I
can push an update fairly easily for this, especially since all the
rest is already done.

And yes, I do plan to package congruity and bring it up on Debian
unstable as well, I was waiting for
concordance/libconcord1/python-libconcord to be accepted to have the
deps already in place first. Most of the packaging stuff is already
done, I just need to finish a couple of fixes.

Erm, I see the python bindings already, missed them the first time.

I guess what's left is congruity and the perl bindings.
