Applied, thanks!

In order not to make a mess out of the shared data structure memebers,
the dhcp and ll handling might need to be separate instances of the same
DHCP client data. And link local IPv4 can be set up only on one
interface at a time, which would make the ll struct static to the code
or something.

Do you think you'd have time to look into this?
