Hi Jeff, This actually looks unrelated to Continuum. My guess is that someone has checked in their EAR files into CVS, and when you try to do a CVS update it detects that there are already files named e.g. eportal.ear present and fails. You'll probably want to see who checked in the EAR files and inform them of their mistake - also, a .cvsignore in /target might be a good idea to prevent future recurrences of this problem.
