[Cooker] [Bug 902] [kdebase] Upon rebooting after install, had to login twice
https://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=902 --- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-01-29 10:11 --- This also happened on Mandrake Linux 9.1 beta 1. (Just in case that info helps.) --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. --- Reminder: --- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] description: Upon rebooting after install, I had to login twice. I had told it not to auto-login a user, and also told it to start the X server upon booting. The console window showed that it was starting httpd (I think - it went by quickly and now that I'm logged in it doesn't show that line) and another httpds perhaps? One had started but the other was starting when I logged in the first time, and it cleared the screen and returned me to the login prompt. The second time I logged in, it worked. This is Mandrake 9.1 beta 2. (This is probably the wrong Product/Component to put this bug under but I'm new to this system and couldn't determine the correct Product. A suggestion: make the Product names more descriptive so that newbies like me can more easily determine the proper place to file bugs.)

https://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=902 --- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-01-22 07:21 --- Just happened again (I installed in a VM this time). It was starting httpd-perl when I tried logging in the first time, which flickered the resolution then returned me to the login screen. At that point it ws starting httpd. --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. --- Reminder: --- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] description: Upon rebooting after install, I had to login twice.
