[Cooker] drakxtools-9.2, harddrake-9.2, rpmdrake broken
I just resynced my local cooker mirror, and did an urpmi --update --auto-select and installed all the packages. Among these, drakconf-9.2, drakxtools-9.2, harddrake-9.2, harddrake-ui-9.2 were there. After I did this, it broke my rpmdrake and reported this error: Can't call method "signal_connect" on an undefined value at /usr/lib/libDrakX/ugtk2.pm line 1282. Also, harddrake says it is version 9.1.1, is this correct? Drakconf is version 9.1, and I'm really confused. I'm new to cooker, and would greatly appreciate some help. John Drouhard

I updated my cooker today, and it still has that problem. John Drouhard
[Cooker] winex3.1 and point2play
If this is a bug, I can report it to bugzilla. But, Point2Play cannot start Medal of Honor Allied Assault or Jedi Knight 2. They both just exit when they are about to start. I'm not sure if this a gcc problem or what, but If anyone has any advice, it would be appreciated. I am running an updated cooker as of 6/26/03. John Drouhard

This would help out new linux users that might be a little frustrated with Yahoo and MSN. Maybe the developer's could see this as a bug fix? Just a thought. I see it as a bug fix (fixing yahoo and msn), and this would be a + for newbies. Plus, if we didn't include it, reviews may talk about this issue saying it was a poor decision of Mandrake not to include this bug-fixed version.
