[Cooker] Install 7.2 problems with rpm's
I installed 7.2 beta3rc1...install went well except with 2 errors. The install wasn't able to install menu-2.1.5-40mdk, menudrake-0.2-3mdk and xinitrc-2.4.4-31mdk which I figure is my problem. When I logon, everything starts with no errors, but when the desktop comes up, there are no icons and for some strange reason there is a console box half the size which can't maximized or minimized. Like I said, no icons on the desktop. I can start netscape from the console and other programs. I go into rpmdrake and try to install the two uninstalled rpm files, but get an error that says the rpm files have not been signed and won't install. I believe if these three files will install, that will solve the problem. Does anyone have a work around for this or know where i can get more info on a fix for this. [Cooker] Install Error
I am trying to install 7.2 beta3rc1. During the install, it can't install three files. menudrake-0.2-3mdk, menu-2.1.5-40mdk and xinitrc-2.4.4-31.mdk The rest of the install goes fine, but when I logon, there are no icons and the screen is half the size with only the console showing which can't reduced or enlarged. I believe these three files are what I need to finish, but I can't find them anywhere. All the RPM'S don't have any of these three files and I have searched the net for these files and they are not there. I have searched mandrake, rpmfind.net and they are no where.
