( ext3 fs the only option for formatting the raid? ) 3) installer complains about bad partitions but installs fine. 4)when it goes back for a reboot the HPT bios says that Raid Array is broken and asks for it to be deleted or hidden. Hardware: Abit VP6 w built in HPT370/372 Raid dual P3 800 512 Mb ram 1 IBM Desktar 20Gb ata66 2 x Maxtor DiamondMax ata133 60Gb

Im begining to think that its a hardware problem not software.
