After successfully connecting (after reboot*) if I go back into the DrakConnect panel the Internet Access section shows the Status as being Connected but the Type and Interface fields are blank. On previous mandrake versions it would say something like ADSL (speedtouch) and ppp. *MDK 9.1 RC1 only seems to be able to load the Speedtouch microcode at boot.

I have Speedtouch USB ADSL internet connection with connection sharing set up over LAN. It reports the connection type as Lan. It should be ADSL.
